As someone who uses both Macs and PCs (and linux) at work and at home for a variety of purposes, I find all the Vista vs OS X comparisons and fanboys slagging each other off highly amusing.
Take this great article on the Guardian by Charlie Brooker (which I swear he wrote to see how many angry comments he got) and this Vista upgrade chart, and check the amount of comments it has attracted! Why can’t people accept that PCs are good for some people and things, and Macs are good for others?
I guess Apple’s slightly vitreolic ad campaign hardly helps, stirring people into a frenzy, but really, come on people. Buy/use what you like, and stop slagging others off and do something productive with your time.
